What to watch on TV tonight: Friday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Late Late Show (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

There’s an actual movie star on the Late Late tonight – Munich actor Eric Bana, who is in town for the Dublin International Film Festival. The Saturdays’ Una Healy and Fr Brian D’Arcy will also chat to Tubs. #latelate

The Graham Norton Show (BBC1, 10.15pm)

Of course, it’s a bit more starry over on BBC1, with Tom Hiddleston, Ruth Wilson, Ricky Gervais and Daniel Radcliffe on Graham’s couch. Someday the Late Late will prevail, eh? #grahamnorton

The Team (More4, 9pm)

This is a new EU-funded drama about an elite group of detectives who try to solve ritualistic murders. Lars Mikkelsen (who you might know from The Killing, or as the brother of Mads Mikkelsen) is the chief of the Danish squad. #theteam

Everybody’s talking about: Eastenders

Danny Dyer, light of our lives, is not going to be on Eastenders for a while. Rumours swirled that the actor was forced out after “falling off the wagon” at the National Television Awards this year, but Digital Spy confirms that is not the case.

A BBC spokesperson said: “Danny is on a short break from EastEnders. This was not enforced by bosses, nor has he quit the show.”
